Activity 1. Identification of current state of the art regarding influence of fuzzy entropy on non- linear dynamic entrepreneurship models from scientific literature (6 months).

Specific objective: Establishing the general framework of the project from state of the art literature point of view; Methods and instruments: field research, data collection; Potential risks: difficult data access, mitigated by accessing international databases and previous research databases available for research team; delays in IT acquisition, making difficult data modelling, solved by efficient project management; Outputs: 1 paper; 1 report regarding non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial models.1 report on fuzzy entropy and connections to non- linear dynamic entrepreneurship models.

  • Task 1.1. Documentation on non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial models.

  • Task 1.2. Documentation on literature review regarding fuzzy entropy and connections to non- linear dynamic entrepreneurship models.

Activity 2. Creation of ANTROP fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model. (9 months)

Specific objective: Creation and technical/scientific analysis of the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model; Duration: 10 months; Methods and instruments: non-linear dynamic entrepreneurship variables, fuzzy entropy theory variables, field research, data collection, Factorial Analysis, Structural Equation Modelling, Multivariate Analysis; Potential risks: difficult data access, mitigated by accessing databases and previous research databases; difficulties in modelling data available, mitigated by extensive expertise and experience of the research team; difficulties on understanding mathematical and statistical models; Outputs: 2 papers, 1 report regarding the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model and one regarding technical and scientific analysis and evaluation of the experimental fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model.

  • 2.1. Creation of the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model.

  • 2.2. Technical and scientific analysis and evaluation of the experimental fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model.

Activity 3. Validation of fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model ANTROP. (5 months).

Specific objective: Developing, testing and validating of the experimental fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model; Methods and instruments: Factorial Analysis, Structural Equation Modelling, Multivariate Analysis; Potential risks: difficult data access, mitigated by previous research databases available for research team; difficulties in modelling data available, mitigated by extensive expertise and experience of the research team. Outputs: 1 paper; 1 report regarding simulation of scenarios for the implementation of the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model; 1 report regarding test and validation of the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model.

  • 3.1 Simulation of scenarios for the implementation of the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model.

  • 3.2. Testing and validating of the fuzzy entropic non- linear dynamic entrepreneurial model

Activity 4. Establishing strategic actions for Romanian SMEs based on ANTROP model (5 months)

Specific objective: Setting up the framework for ANTROP scalability on Romanian SMEs; Duration: 5 months; Methods and instruments: stakeholders’ analysis, mapping, benchmarking, risk analysis, impact studies, cost benefit analysis; Potential risks: lack of knowledge on financial indicators and impact studies, difficulties on implementation stakeholders analysis and stakeholders mapping. Outputs: 1 paper; 1 report on strategic actions to implement ANTROP in Romanian SMEs; 1 database on SMEs who want to apply the model.

  • 4.1. Creation of an entrepreneurial network using mapping techniques in order to establish strategic actions to implement ANTROP in Romanian SMEs

Activitatea 5. Project management. (24 months);

Methods and instruments: project management techniques, financial reporting; Potential risks: research team shift aside from the pre-defined plans during project implementation, mitigated by continuous efficient project management; delays on some activities and on the corresponding deliverables compared to the assumed activities chart, mitigated by continuous and efficient project management and communication with UEFISCDI; Outputs: Economic and financial reports; progress reports.

  • 5.1. Assessment and monitoring of project’s progress.


Ethical aspects (if appropriate)

Regarding ethical aspects, project is subject to Law no. 206/2004 on good conduct in scientific research, technological development and innovation, with subsequent modifications, Law 64/1991 on patents, republished, as subsequently amended, of Law 129/1992 regarding the protection of industrial designs, republished and Law 8 / 1996 on copyright and related rights, with subsequent modifications. Project task also comply with relevant international regulations and specific EU legislation in term of confidentiality issues. Due to its nature, equipment, chemical hazards or biological hazards are not applicable. In terms of intellectual property rights, an Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights will be signed and will detail the allocation of intellectual property rights. Researchers are required to consider the ethical risk of any procedure within the project which involves human participants or personal data, consulting the relevant university policies and personnel, before any work is undertaken.
